Construction

The VAYU PYRO has been in development for over a year and represents the latest generation of paragliding technology. The canopy shape and moderate aspect ratio are tuned for true upwind capability, powerful performance, and smooth, predictable control.

Short bridles and the Bridge Bar control system reduce clutter and drag, improve handling, and make the wing easy to manage, quick to stow, and reliable to redeploy. This is the level of performance we expect from a parawing today—and precisely the direction in which we believe this category will continue to evolve.

Feeling

PYRO's bridle system is built around one goal: maximum control with minimum clutter.

-Short center bridles (approx. 1.3–1.5 m):
Custom-tailored for a quick kill, clean recovery, and reduced tangle. A shorter system means easier storage and relaunch.

-Clean A/B/C/D layout with brake (Br) risers:
Five rib mounting points distribute the load evenly across the canopy without unnecessarily complicating the linework.

-Separated center A's and outer A's
The center A-risers are grouped for efficient kill and pull-in, while the outer A-risers are spaced apart to allow the tip sections to flag and release pressure. This makes it easier to pull the wing toward you under tension.

-Smooth, color-coded lines
DSL70 and PPSLS lines with clear colour codes make sorting and orientation intuitive when unpacking or putting away.

The result: a bridle that feels easy in the hand, yet is perfectly tuned for real-world use: less thinking, less tangling, more riding.
